It is important to review what you have listed here since these are the phone numbers and email addresses you have added as available options to receive secure access codes, which are necessary when you access the Online Banking Center from an unregistered computer or when using the forgot password function.
How: From the ‘Preferences’ menu, select ‘Security Options’ and then choose the ‘Secure Delivery’ tab to view your ‘Secure Delivery Contact Information’. These are the only phone numbers and email addresses that you can select to have a secure access code sent to. Review and adjust when necessary.
