Online Banking Tip of the Day: Schedule a Notification to Receive CNBillPay Payment History by Email

Did you know you can schedule a notification to have your CNBillPay payment history sent to your email?
How:  Select ‘e-Notifications’ from the ‘Options’ menu in CNBillPay and select the ‘Recurring’ tab on the ‘Schedule e-Notifications’ screen.  In the section for ‘A list of all payment and transfer history’, select: ‘How often’, ‘On what day’, ‘Category’, ‘Nickname’, and click ‘Submit’ to have your list sent to the ‘Email address on file’. Review the email address listed and update if necessary.  If you wish to schedule additional instances of this notification with different options, repeat the process.  CNBillPay makes it easy for you to automatically receive by email your payment history.
