Did you know you can receive an alert when the forgot password feature is attempted?
How: To begin, select ‘Security Options’ from the preferences area of the Main Menu. The Security Options page allows you to manage various security settings related to your online banking access. To review and manage your notification delivery channels and your current Alerts, select the ‘Alerts’ tab. You can review the available list of alerts by scrolling through the list. To select a particular alert, select the box next to that alert. Some alerts have already been selected by default, of those some are required for security purposes, other alerts can be unchecked and checked if you choose. For example, if you wish to receive a text anytime the forgot password feature is attempted for your login ID, you must first enter the ‘SMS Text Number’ at which you wish to be notified. Then, click on the box next to ‘Alert me when forgot password is attempted for my login ID’. You can select and deselect many alerts at one time for your convenience. Once you have selected all the alerts you wish to receive along with how you want to receive them click ‘Submit Alerts Changes’. You will now receive a text anytime the forgot password feature is attempted for your login ID.
