Did you know with CNBillPay you can receive a customized summary of your activities at the end of each session? With this notification feature, you can choose what you would like sent to the email address on file, after each time you log out.
How: Access ‘CNBillPay’ from within the Online Banking Center, select ‘e-Notifications’ from the drop-down list under ‘Options’ in the top menu bar. In the ‘Schedule e-Notifications’ box, select the ‘Log Out’ tab. Select the radio button for ‘On’ or ‘Off’ next to each item you would like a list of after each time you log out. The lists you can choose are ‘Scheduled transactions’, ‘Added payees’, ‘Deleted payees’, and ‘Skipped and stopped transactions’. After you have made your selections press the ‘Submit’ button. When you log out of CNBillPay, check your email to view your custom report.
