Did you know in the Online Banking Center Secure Mailbox you can set a message to never expire? By default a secure mailbox message is set to expire 6 months from the date it is received. This feature allows you to change that expiration date and keep a message indefinitely.
How: From the ‘Services’ menu, select ‘Messages’ to open your ‘Secure Mailbox’ and list your messages. Select a message to highlight it, then from the above toolbar press the icon of an envelope with a padlock, and press ‘OK’. Now there will no longer be an expiration date listed for that message.
