Did you know in the Online Banking Center you can submit a travel notification? This is a nice feature to communicate to the bank when/where you will be traveling and that you will be using your debit/ATM card, to help avoid your card from being restricted.
How: From the ‘Services’ menu, select ‘Messages’ to open your secure mailbox. From the toolbar in your mailbox, select ‘New’ to open a pop-up window for the message you want to send. Choose ‘Travel Notification’ from the ‘To’ drop-down list and for the ‘Subject’ line enter Travel Notification. Within the box, type your message and be sure to include the timeframe, location(s) and last 4 digits of your debit/ATM card(s). When finished, press the ‘Send’ button in the upper left corner of the message window. A travel notification should be submitted by each individual prior to leaving and can also be submitted using the Mobile Banking App.
