Did you know you can view funds transfer activity for a specific account, grouped by the status of the transactions (i.e. Authorized, Canceled, Drafted, Processed)?
How: Select ‘Online Activity’, under the ‘Accounts’ menu, to display transactions that you have submitted online. Select ‘Search’ and choose ‘Account’ for the ‘Search Criteria’. Select an ‘Account’, choose ‘Status’ for ‘Group By’ and press ‘Submit’. When transactions are grouped by status it is easy to see what is scheduled, canceled, awaiting action and already processed. The options available in the ‘Online Activity’ section make it easy to view online transactions for a specific account and group them.
