Did you know in the Online Banking Center you can view a list of transfers that have been processed for a specific account? The options in ‘Online Activity’ are useful to select the transfers you want listed.
How: From the ‘Accounts’ menu, select ‘Online Activity’. From the ‘Online Activity’ toolbar, press ‘Search’ to view the ‘Search Criteria’ drop-down list. Choose ‘Account’ and then use the ‘Account’ drop-down to select an account. For ‘Group By’ select ‘Status’ and press ‘Submit’. Under the ‘Status: Processed’ section of the list are the online transfers that have processed on that account.
