About

Annette Joyce is the Executive Vice President whose responsibilities include Information Technology. Ms. Joyce joined CNB in June of 2017 with over 20 years of business and information technology leadership experience as both a consultant and part of internal management and executive teams in a number of different industries. Past positions include Director of the Information Technology Consulting Division for EFPR Group, President of Enterprise Intelligence Consulting Inc., Chief Operating Officer and Chief Technology Officer for Axzo Press LLC, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Technology Officer for SPG Direct LLC, Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer for Concentrix, and Experienced Senior Consultant for Andersen Consulting. She also has managed information technology initiatives for companies such as Microsoft, Memberworks, and ITT Industries. 

Ms. Joyce received her MBA with honors from the Simon School of Business at the University of Rochester with concentrations in Marketing and Entrepreneurship. She received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Management Information Systems with a concentration in Technical Communications from Clarkson University.

She resides in Canandaigua with her husband and two sons.
