About

Chris is President of CNB Mortgage Company, a wholly owned subsidiary of Canandaigua National Bank & Trust.  He is a graduate of The School of Mortgage Banking where he earned his Accredited Mortgage Professional designation.  He has over 20 years experience in real estate finance.  Prior to CNB Mortgage, Chris was Vice President of CenterPointe Mortgage from its inception in 1999 until March 2005.  Previous to that, he was Branch Manager of Source One Mortgage Services Corporation.

Chris is responsible for the day-to-day sales, marketing and overall operations of CNB Mortgage Company.  He is charged with keeping CNB Mortgage at the forefront of the mortgage lending industry.  In his role, Chris oversees a staff of 35 people who employ state-of-the-art technology such as laptop originations and web-based mortgage approvals.  By utilizing these tools, CNB Mortgage maintains its position as a market leader and continues to meet or exceed all professional industry standards.

Chris serves on the board of directors for the American Diabetes Association and the Rochester Tour de Cure and is past President of the Mortgage Bankers Association where he continues to serve on the board of directors.  He is also a member of the Greater Rochester Association of Realtors, the Rochester Home Builders Association, the New York State Home Builders Association and NeighborWorks Rochester Landlord Loan Committee.
