Mr. Babbitt has over 36 years of banking experience. He joined CNB as a Commercial Loan Officer in 1996 after holding commercial lending positions at First National Bank of Rochester and Fleet Bank. He was named Senior Vice President and Manager of the Commercial Services Department in 2006 and Executive Vice President in 2008. Mr. Babbitt serves as the Bank’s Chief Lending Officer and is responsible for lending decisions across all lines of business. He also has direct responsibility for all Commercial Lending and Resource Recovery activities and is a member of the bank’s Executive Team.

Mr. Babbitt received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and Economics from Grove City College in Grove City, Pennsylvania. He lives in Avon, NY with his wife, Judy and they have two grown children. His current community involvement includes Empire State Certified Development Company, the ARC of Monroe and Cephas Capital Partners. He has also coached and volunteered in several youth sports programs.
