Megan Foster Barkley, Esq. is an Assistant Vice President, Trust Officer with CNB Wealth Management. She is responsible for administering trusts and estates, as well as custody and investment management accounts.

Prior to joining CNB, Megan practiced law as a trusts and estates associate attorney at Harris Beach PLLC and at The Cicero Law Firm LLP. She has extensive experience assisting clients in navigating the complexities of estate planning in order to develop and implement estate plans that best comport with their unique personal and financial objectives. In addition, she understands the emotions and uncertainties that can arise when a loved one dies, and uses her knowledge, experience, and compassion to educate clients and to help them feel comfortable and at ease throughout the estate administration process.

Megan has lectured on the topics of estate planning and trust and estate administration for the New York State Bar Association and for private seminars.
