Melissa has over 20 years of customer service experience and over 12 years of management and banking experience. Melissa joined Canandaigua National Bank & Trust in 2016. In her role as Manager of the Manchester-Shortsville Community Bank Office, she is committed to helping clients achieve their financial goals. Melissa manages the sales and operations of the office and is passionate about delivering a high level of service. Her responsibilities include: building personal and business relationships, originating consumer and business loans, and introducing clients and prospects to colleagues in Commercial Services, CNB Wealth Management, and the CNB Mortgage Company.
