Sam Guerrieri is the Executive Vice President whose responsibilities include managing CNB Wealth Management, Canandaigua National Trust Company of Florida, Online Brokerage Services, Inc., and CNB’s Insurance Agency and associated offerings. Sam has over 25 years in the financial services industry. He has held executive positions at Citicorp Investment Services and M&T Bank Corporation including Regional Sales Manager, M&T Securities, Inc., National Sales Director, President of M&T Securities, Inc., Senior Manager of the M&T Bank Retail Bank Branch Network, and most recently Chief Executive Officer of M&T Securities, Inc. and M&T Insurance Agency, Inc.

Sam resides in Rochester, NY with his wife and three daughters.
