CNBusiness™ Deposit Capture is an electronic deposit service that allows businesses to conveniently scan and deposit checks directly from the workplace.


CNBusiness™ Deposit Payment Capture is an electronic service that permits businesses to scan a remittance invoice along with a check for deposit, which can then be imported for reconciliation of receivables.

  • Easy implementation - In addition to a CNBusiness™ Choice or Analyzed Checking Account, a service agreement is required.
  • Use of standard hardware - System utilizes a USB desktop check scanner and Personal Computer (PC) with broadband internet connection.
  • Minimum PC Specifications - Windows Operating System (XP Professional SP2 or later), Pentium 4 3GHz or Intel Duo-Core 1.86GHz CPU, 1GB RAM, 120GB storage drive, 17-19" flat panel monitor, CD writer (for backup purposes), broadband internet capable, and internet browser, e.g., MS Internet Explorer.
  • USB Scanner - Panini MyVision X (minimum 30 pages/minute, 30 item hopper)
