401(k) Participant Sign-On

A 401(k) plan (named for its location in the tax code) may be the perfect option for your company. It offers employees a tax-advantaged method of saving for retirement, while also delivering significant tax savings for you. And if your company already has a defined contribution plan, a 401(k) is easy and inexpensive to add.
While the plan is sponsored by you, the employer, it's funded by employee contributions. You may, however, match those contributions, in whole or in part, subject to certain restrictions.
