Alicia Welch has been in the financial services industry since 2010 and joined Canandaigua National Bank & Trust in 2015. As the Manager of the Greece Latta-Long Pond Community Office, Alicia is committed to growing relationships focused on the financial needs of personal and business customers. Alicia takes pride in establishing long-term relationships with each customer and holds true to each of the CNB core values.

The development of her branch team as well as the operations and growth of the deposit portfolio for the branch are Alicia’s primary responsibilities. Additionally Alicia oversees the origination of lending in the branch, developing of small businesses, and overall client satisfaction. With strong partnerships with Process It Forward, Bene-Care and CNB Mortgage Company, Alicia works to serve the needs of every customer each and every day.
