Did you know you can use the CNB Mobile App to select how your account statements are received? Using e-statements, replaces mailed paper statements with digital versions that you access in the app, and similarly within online banking on your computer as well.
How: Log in to the app, on the ‘Home’ screen, tap ‘Menu.’ Select ‘Preferences’ to expand the menu and select ‘Statement Delivery.’ For each account you want to change, select ‘e-statement’ from the drop-down. Read the agreement and select the radio button for ‘I accept.’ Tap the pencil icon to change the email address. Repeat for additional accounts and when you are ready, press ‘Save.’
