CNB’s Senior Vice President Scott Trumbower, Director of Shareholder Relations, Retires After 41 Years of Service

After 41 years of dedicated service to Canandaigua National Corporation (CNC), Scott Trumbower is retiring from his role as Senior Vice President, Director of Shareholder Relations.

Trumbower’s entire banking career was focused on serving the customers and shareholders of CNB and Canandaigua National Bank (CNB). He joined CNC in 1982 as a management trainee and throughout his tenure has held various roles including IRA/Retirement Department Manager and Investment Officer. Trumbower managed the Trust and Investment Group for 14 years.

“Scott’s impact over the past four decades on his fellow employees, customers and our shareholders is wide-ranging and appreciated by all,” said Vincent Yacuzzo, Chief Financial Officer. “Scott offered a steady and stable approach that helped him develop long-standing and trusted relationships. I thank him for everything he has contributed to this institution and wish him a long and happy retirement. With Trumbower’s retirement, CNB announced Heather Sullivan will serve as Shareholder Relations Manager. Sullivan joined CNC in 2022 as a Senior Financial Analyst, bringing over twenty years of experience in the finance industry. Sullivan has worked in several investment management roles, focused primarily on the fixed income and equity markets of Emerging Markets countries. She has held various positions including Director, Senior Managing Director and also served as sole manager of a hedge fund for three years.
