[email protected]Rita Nischal is Corporate Counsel for the Bank. In
this role she is charged with leading the Bank’s contract review and
negotiation process with vendors and their legal counsel and assists the
General Counsel in providing legal advice to the Bank and its officers and
directors on matters of corporate governance, compliance, employment,
compensation, benefits, communications, and other related issues in the Bank’s
daily operations. Rita also provides advice regarding trust and estate
administration and estate taxation matters.
