Online Banking Tip of the Day: Cancel Only the Next Occurrence of a Recurring Funds Transfer

Did you know you can cancel the next occurrence of a recurring funds transfer, without canceling the entire series?
How:  Select ‘Online Activity’, under the ‘Accounts’ menu, to display the transactions that have been submitted online.  Locate the single transaction you want to cancel.  If needed, use the available search and sort options.  Select the transaction you want to cancel, click ‘Cancel’ from the above toolbar and click ‘OK’.  This cancels only the next occurrence in the series.  The remaining transfers in the series will still be scheduled.  Canceling an individual funds transfer can be done in both the Online Banking Center and Mobile Banking.
