Online Banking Tip of the Day: Cancel a Scheduled Bill Payment while on the go for the Holidays

Did you know you can cancel a scheduled bill payment while on the go for the holidays?
How:  With the CNB Mobile Online Banking App, you can quickly and easily schedule a bill payment.  Once the App is installed and mobile enrollment has been completed, simply log in to the App and select ‘Billpay’.  All pending payments submitted in 'CNBillPay' within the Online Banking Center or Billpay within the Mobile Banking App are listed at the top of the screen.  Select the pending payment you want to cancel and review the payment details to be certain it is the one you want to cancel.  Press ‘Cancel’ and then press ‘Yes’ to cancel the payment.  With our Mobile Banking App it is easy to cancel a scheduled bill payment, while on the go for the holidays.  Please be safe and do not use your mobile device while operating a vehicle.
