Did you know you can cancel a scheduled transfer while on the go for the holidays?
How: With the CNB Mobile Online Banking App, you can quickly and easily cancel a scheduled transfer. Once the App is installed and mobile enrollment has been completed, simply log in to the App and select ‘Review Online Activity’ (Online Activity is any transfer initiated in the Online Banking Center, Mobile Access Site, or the Mobile Banking App). Select the criteria for the activity you want to review and press ‘Submit’. Select the transfer you want to cancel and review the transaction to be certain it is the one you want to cancel. Press ‘Cancel’ and then press ‘Yes’ to receive confirmation the transaction was canceled. With our Mobile Banking App it is easy to cancel a scheduled transfer, while on the go for the holidays. Please be safe and do not use your mobile device while operating a vehicle.
