Did you know in the Online Banking Center you can create the name that is displayed for an account? This feature allows you to create nicknames for your accounts, making them easier to recognize.
How: From the ‘Preferences’ menu, select ‘Account Preferences’. Enter what you want displayed in the ‘Display Name’ column for each corresponding account and press ‘Submit’ located above the ‘Order’ column. You can create display names for all your accounts, including transfer accounts you added with ‘Cross Customer Transfer Setup’ and ‘External Transfer Setup’. The display names you create will be evident in all areas of the Online Banking Center and the Mobile Banking App.
