Online Banking Tip of the Day: Delete Unnecessary Contact Information for Delivery of Secure Access Codes

Did you know you can delete unnecessary contact information for delivery of secure access codes?
How:  When you access online banking from an unregistered computer or forget your password, you will want to make sure you have the most recent email address or phone/text number to retrieve your Secure Access Code.  If you notice an old email or number that you do not want to have listed any longer, you can easily update your ‘Secure Delivery Contact Information’.  Select ‘Security Options’, under the ‘Preferences’ menu, select the ‘Secure Delivery’ tab, select the contact information to delete, press the ‘red x(delete icon), and press ‘OK’ to verify what you wish to remove.  The Online Banking Center makes it easy for you to maintain your secure delivery contact information and remove options that are no longer needed.
