Online Banking Tip of the Day: Maintain Information for Security Alert Delivery

Did you know in the Online Banking Center you can maintain the information that is used to deliver your security alerts? This is helpful for keeping information up-to-date and having the options you want in place to receive your security alerts.
How:  From the ‘Preferences’ menu, select ‘Security Options’.  On the ‘Security Options’ page, select the ‘Alerts’ tab.  Your Security alerts are always delivered to your secure mailbox within Online Banking.  You can also enter an ‘E-mail Address’, ‘SMS Text Number’, and ‘Phone Number’.  After you make any adjustments press ‘Submit Alerts Changes’.  If you enter multiple options, an alert will be delivered to each channel when a selected security event occurs.
