Did you know you can review your user profile in the Online Banking Center and send updated information, if necessary?
How: Select ‘User Profile’, under the ‘Preferences’ menu. The top of the page reads: “If anything is incorrect click here…” If needed use this link to go to your secure mailbox. Select ‘New’, in the ‘To’ line choose ‘Update Online Profile Information’, and enter a ‘Subject’. Input the information to be updated and include your Login ID. When you are ready, press the ‘Send’ button in the upper left corner of the message window. The Online Banking Center makes it easy for you to review your user profile and send updated information from the secure mailbox.
