Online Banking Tip of the Day: Using the Secure Mailbox in Online Banking to Communicate with CNB

Did you know you can easily and securely communicate with CNB within online banking?
How:  By accessing the Secure Mailbox you can communicate directly with CNB.  Access the secure mailbox either by clicking on the mailbox icon located on the top right of the ‘Account Overview’ Page or by clicking on ‘Messages’ from the Services area of the Main Menu.  Here you can view messages from CNB, and also view options for your messages.  Click ’New’ to create a message to CNB.  Select who your message is ‘To’, enter a ‘Subject’, write your message and click ‘Send’ when you are ready to send your message.  You can even add attachments to your message to aid in communicating, by clicking on the ‘Browse’ button and selecting a file from your computer to attach.  This communication channel is contained within the online banking system, and for that reason is the most secure way to communicate with CNB.
