Online Banking Tip of the Day: Add a Secondary Account Holder in CNBillPay

Did you know with CNBillPay you can add a secondary account holder?  This is necessary if you want to authorize another signer on the primary account associated with CNBillPay to inquire about your payments.
How:  At the top left, next to your name on any page in CNBillPay, select ‘add a secondary account holder’.  Answer the challenge phrase and press ‘Submit’.  Enter the ‘First Name’, ‘Last Name’, and press ‘Submit’.  The secondary account holder will show as pending approval until CNB verifies they are a signer on the primary account.
