Online Banking Tip of the Day: New Message Note in CNBillPay

Did you know an image of a note appears in CNBillPay when you have a new message?  This is a helpful visual reminder that displays a yellow note when you have an unread message.
How:  When you have a new message in CNBillPay, an image of a note with a thumbtack with the words “You have a new message!” appears on the top right, in place of the ‘messages’ link, on every page in CNBillPay.  Select the image of the note to open your CNBillPay message center.  Your messages are listed on the left in the ‘Select a Message’ box.  Unread messages appear in bold.  Once you have selected each unread message, the note will be removed.
